It wasn't a good experience. To start with, the salon is incredibly small. There is only room for one hairdressing chair tucked into the corner and when there were four people in the room it felt crowded. My stylist didn't speak very good English and due to the language barrier it took a while to communicate what I was looking for - I wasn't left feeling that I had been well understood. The appointment was later on in the day, which was good as I could go straight from work but was made to feel like I was keeping the staff waiting. I could have looked past this if the hair appointment was fantastic, unfortunately not. The hair colour isn't the same at my roots as my ends and the haircut isn't level. I wouldn't go back.

I had a colour, cut and blow dry for £52,which was very good value for me. Slight misunderstanding re hair colour and I was not expecting a full hair with highlights, just highlights. The colour is OK but I would have expected more advice rather than allowing me to pick colours. Otherwise, very friendly staff.
Hair Colouring
The salon is located in a lovely area, and the shop front is really cute, when I went in the therapist didn't give me the friendliest of greetings but I soon found out that her English wasn't that good, this proved a bit of a communication barrier and I was a bit worried that she wouldn't understand what I wanted, in the end she got it spot on and I was really happy with the result, don't know if I will return but with wahanda it was definitely value for money

Great staff, great customer service. The treatment was expertly delivered and was top-notch. The value for service is truly excellent here. I would definitely reocmmend it to friends and family.
After visiting B & K the only thoughts came to my mind is : wow :)) seriously, felt really well treated and felt special indeed. Wery warm environment, hospitality and positive staff made my day. I went for gelish nail polish with Tatjana. I'm not afraid to say she is a proper whale in what she is doing! You can feel she really cares. Got some advices and instructions how to take care of my nails after I leave the salon. More then 2 weeks my nails looked perfect like just done. I'm really happy and definitely gonna come back!
