What not use again absolutely no compassion when I called to say I couldn't make my appointment. All she was interested in was keep quoting 24hrs notice required. This was despite being on the way to hospital with a family member would sadly died an hour later.

The place is really hard to find because you have to walk through the pharmacy to get there. The "spa" is really just a room, but it's decorated in a nice way and that couple with the therapist will make you feel quite comfy and relaxed. The pedicure is done in a bowl (no direct tap like in those big pedicure chairs) which maybe is not ideal but she is very good and the massage at the end is sooo nice! The execution could be a little better but overall is good value.

She may or may not have used kitchen/bathroom products to remove the staining around my eyelashes...eyes stung like the earth, smelt very bleachy and a bottle of kitchen cleaner appeared on the side that had not been there before. Eye sight is more important than eyelashes...painful experience.
