This was a REALLY poor experience. The therapist answered her phone at start of my treatment. It was the next client 20 mins early wanting to be let in. So she disappeared for 5 mins of my treatment to let the next one in (NOTE: If your treatment is before 6pm you get in via pharmacy but once they close you have to call the therapist directly which is almost certainly going to disturb and disrupt someone else's "relaxation").
When she actually returned to my head massage it was very weak pressure and she wasn't smooth in her movements. As soon as she started I knew it was going to be poor the whole way through. She moved her hands inconsistently with random pressing down then stroking, and didn't have any of the nice rhythmic motion needed to relax, just felt like someone was patting my head over and over (not 100% sure she's even been trained in it). I had to ask for more pressure and also for the back of my head to me touched as that had been completely ignored. She really didn't seem to care about my experience at all.
Also there was a really loud whirring noise in the room the whole time which was far from peaceful.
This is one of the worst Treatwell experiences I've ever had. I've tried lots of therapies on here and this is sub-standard for the prices being charged by her. (Just glad I had a voucher for this one because I'd have demanded a refund otherwise).
It was very difficult to find and I had to disturb the oesteopath practice next door when looking for it. A very small pokey venue with no signposting.
The masseur was very nice and friendly. This was my first ever massage, so can't comment on quality with any authority, but seemed effective.
