Venue was so difficult to find so despite me arriving at Victoria in plenty. of time to reach the venue I spent 15 min walking trying to locate it. When I finally found the venue I was hot and sweaty and frustrated from walking trying to find the place and was then told I only had 15min so I could not have the lympathic massage that I had booked and needed, instead I received a very short back massage, it wasn't relaxing as I was stressed and not happy that I would not be getting the massage I wanted and had booked for even if it was for 15 min. Better instructions should be provided on how to locate this venue, not a happy customer on this occasion 😔

OK - a nice woman who didn't feel the need to chat, but I didn't find the pedicure that relaxing/enjoyable. (It was quite uncomfortable when she was holding each leg by the ankle.) Also, rather a limited range of colours - quite a few that were pretty similar. And the lighting in there meant it was hard to see how the colour would look in natural daylight. It was fine but I doubt I would go back.

Overall, it was a really good service. My brows looked really nice and I was pleased with how they came out. Although, I'm not 100% sure that this was a certified HD brow treatment.

I had a shellac manicure. It chipped a day later and either four days most nails had chipped. Less than a week later, all have lifted and I can peel it off. Poor selection of colours and unprofessional surroundings.
