Had my hair cut. The woman talked more than she was cutting my hair. She also broke my white gold diamond necklace. She tried to deny it and I said well how come I’ve looked after it for years. She then said it was not on purpose and I know was not deliberate but the fact she denied it and never apologised. Would never go there again.
