Staff very unpleasant. Not nice. Very cold. They don’t make you feel welcome at all. I spent £32 for a blow dry and when I asked the guy to do my fringe differently he got annoyed and was grumpy and even questioned the loyalty card that was given to me by the owner. Frankly they put me off going there again and it was the 4th time I was there cause it’s very close to my office.

Was pleased with overall result afterwards but afterwards my hair smelt like it had been slightly burnt and now that I’ve washed it I can see lots of wispy bits of hair where it’s been broken off. At the time I felt he was keeping the tongs in my hair for too long and I don’t recall any heat protector being used.

Can't fault it, great haircut and a clean, friendly venue. Will definitely return when I'm in Victoria.
