I had no problems with the treatment the only thing I would have preferred is if there wasn't so much coming-and-going through the room/the talking wasn't so loud outside it whilst I was having my treatment done, it actually made me jump a few times/was quite hard to 'switch off'.
Eyebrow & Eyelash Tinting
Wax was fine, slightly different technique than I'm used to with a few hairs left afterwards but overall I'm happy. I had the least irritation afterwards that I've ever had so that was great!
Hollywood Waxing
Good hot wax. A little more painful than it could have been but generally quick and thorough.
