Very disappointing experience. First of all, I had to wait for my appointment for 1.5 hours, as they didn't see in their system that I amended it 5(!) days prior to my visit.
Secondly, the lady who did my facial decided to extract blackheads manually and infected my forehead, though it wasn't the part of microdermabrasion. She said it would look better and tried to do her best, however I had to ask her several times to stop doing that which was quite irritating.
Moreover, the most irritating was to hear people knocking at the treatment room door every second minute and asking for keys and other stuff. I expected more privacy during the treatment!

The best blow-dry that I've had in the past year (I have 3 per month). Christian is excellent & I would visit every week if I lived nearer. Such a nice guy & very talented. Really close to Victoria station - a stone's throw. Very pleased. Highly recommend. He knew exactly which products would work best too & also really listened to what I wanted.
