Really quick and good service I went on my lunch break and super good service took about twenty minutes to do a full leg wax. Second time I've been and I'll be going back.

Unfortunately not the best experience. I needed a quick fix hence I used Ru's but I don't think I will return again. Staff looked bored and I had to fix the 'quick fix' when I got home.

Excellent blow dry! My hair is really curly and can get very frizzy but the hairdresser handled it with ease. I was in and out within 40mins! Will definitely be coming back here. And great price too!
Blow Dry
I've now had two excellent waxes from Ru's - the first with Ru herself which was very good, and the second with Rosa, also very good. They're both aware of the physical discomfort caused and did a great job at minimising this. Unfortunately, despite this I don't think I will go back for waxing. On both occasions I have gone down to the waxing room and outside there have been a number of men sitting around. It seems to be the area where staff take their breaks. It wouldn't matter really except that both times, the men were shouting through the door - on my second visit, one was actually knocking loudly on the door whilst shouting through it. The door isn't locked during treatment and I found it quite intimidating to be lying on a bed with only half my clothes on with someone is banging on the door and shouting. I mentioned my issue with it to Rosa and said that she should tell them not to do that but she didn't seem to understand my problem with it. Good wax and good value, but I'd rather pay more to avoid the feeling that someone was about to walk in
