Lady who actually did the wax was very nice and professional. However the experience as a whole was not great. Turned up, asked whether I was having "hot wax or strip wax" to which k genuinely couldn't remember, to the be told "hot wax". After the wax I went back upstairs having paid and got told I ordered a strip wax and I must pay the difference. Wouldn't of minded this so much had I not been told in the first place that I was having hot wax. Didn't really feel like disputing my Hollywood wax in the middle of a busy hair salon though so paid the difference probably a bit too willingly. lesson learnt!
The stylist (he didn't tell me his name) didn't take any time to look at my hair before we started so probably not surprising that he got the cut wrong. Made my fine hair feel thin instead of thicker. Pretty disappointed to be honest.
First impression was positive with clean facility and nice staff. However the therapist was racing a waxing marathon. She started to pull strips very quickly so my skin was not able to cool down for a few seconds. I asked to slow down as it was a hell. I had strip wax before and it can be much less painfull. I had strip marks afterwards for 2 days and my skin has pilled off and bleeding in waxing area. I have never had this before. Also hairs were left in bits in a few places . She did not used pincer to pull some single hairs left as it was done in any other places. Not returning this place again!
