I was eventually really pleased with my hair, but the experience was a little strange. I was told Wahanda undercharged me because I have thick hair and then charged an additional £25 for toner, which I'm not sure was right. Hair turned out nice but did not like the unexpected charge.
Got more than what I bargained for - wanted a Brazilian but got a Hollywood. Don't think this lady was really listening to my request or even checked the booking before I arrived to know what I actually wanted. Even so the hot wax treatment was quick and more or less pain free so I would say that's a decent first experience with the use of this product. With regards to the ambience I was not overly comfortable in the location due to the fact that your partially naked body faced the unlocked door of the room during treatment. A number of men work at the salon and I felt that I could have been walked in on at any moment.
