I really liked this place. the staff is very professional, the place is clean and the manicure very well done.
Manicure
Staff upstairs were very rude and unapologetic for very running late BUT downstairs lovely. Delighted with the wax, and was given complemetry eyebrow wax. Came out feeling very pleased with treatment.
Brazilian Waxing
Excellent service. Lovely people. Going back to do lots of other stuff. Very handy location right outside Victoria station. Great!
Laser Hair Removal
Appointment ran late by 10 minutes and the staff didn't seem too bothered by it and didn't come out to let me know they were running late. The person who did the waxing was trying to sell me a lot of other products. This was the second time I had been here and they were late so if you are short on time I wouldn't recommend.
Hollywood Waxing
The therapist was late. She called me to say she would be 10 minutes late, which was fine but then 30 minutes passed until she finally turned up. The room for the massage was cold, cramped and uninviting. I had to inventively hang my clothes off some equipment as there was nowhere to place them.
The wahanda description said there would be a choice of 4 types of massage but this was not mentioned by the therapist and when I asked her about it before the massage began she did not understand what I was saying.
I have used wahanda to book massages at many places before but this one did not seem to have any technique to it and was not enjoyable at all.
