I had booked just a set cut. But the hair stylist was wonderful! She was so friendly & kind- she gave fantastic advice on how to keep my hair healthy. She also would not let me leave without blow drying my hair & washing it with a special treatment for free. I would definitely recommened going - & especially for asking for Serena. She is a real asset to the store. & I have already advised all of my friends in the area to go to that salon & to ask for Serena's assosatnace.

Good wax. was asked if would like hot waxing so decided to give it a go. ended up paying quite a bit more for hot waxing than regular which wasn't explained at the time. Still, she did do a very good job.

Great convenient place for a quick trim. My haircut was fine, nothing special, could have been slightly better considering it took the stylist only a few minutes to do the cut. I am used to a bit more precision, but that being said, the staff was lovely and the blow dry was amazing. Really good value for a place so conveniently located!

Lady who actually did the wax was very nice and professional. However the experience as a whole was not great. Turned up, asked whether I was having "hot wax or strip wax" to which k genuinely couldn't remember, to the be told "hot wax". After the wax I went back upstairs having paid and got told I ordered a strip wax and I must pay the difference. Wouldn't of minded this so much had I not been told in the first place that I was having hot wax. Didn't really feel like disputing my Hollywood wax in the middle of a busy hair salon though so paid the difference probably a bit too willingly. lesson learnt!
