The pedicurists were fantastic, friendly, and professional. However upon arriving we were questioned about our appointments, whether we had paid, and it was actually suggested that we had come to the wrong salon. I had to get up the emails to prove that I had in fact booked for this salon, and even had to get up my online banking in order to show that the money had already been taken. The entire time the person I was speaking to was looking closely over my shoulder at my phone as I found the information. It was very disconcerting especially as I was entering the password for my online banking, and very unprofessional.
This was NOT relaxing in any way, but my skin look much better so it really depends what you're after.
The therapist room was not ready for me so I had to stand outside in the staff kitchen watching someone eat their lunch while I waited!
The therapist was lovely but she talked to me all the way through which I'm not keen on. However, she really knew what she was talking about and doing. She analysed my skin and told me she would be doing a treatment rather than relaxing facial and also gave me advice on skincare without trying to forcefully sell me stuff.
Like I said, not relaxing but I will definitely go back as it's had a good impact on my skin.
Nothing smart about the place, just around the corner from Victoria station, but the haircut was spot-on.
Friendly, accommodating staff who listened to the customer.
thanks.
