Marta was lovely and made me feel very relaxed, she's easy and fun to talk to even at the end of the day! My appointment got cut short because the machine broke down half way through, but Marta was really kind and offered me a massage to finish off and I went back a few days later to finish off the treatment. Cryolipo takes a few months to show results, but the machine grabbed all the skin I wanted it to, and I will definitely go back :)
