My manicure is great, Luna, the technician was patient and very delicate but put attention to details. For the salon itself, If I had to improve anything I would probably make sure your clients know your items are freshly sanitised (the cuticle cutter) and using a new file with every client for sanitary reasons. But cant fail the technicians and manicure. Thank you.
