I was really disappointed with my experience.I booked a Builder Gel manicure expecting a full, relaxing treatment, but it felt rushed and not worth the £60 I paid. The appointment, which was supposed to take 1hr30 minutes, was over in 55 minutes. The manicure was decent but one of the biggest letdowns was the lack of service, despite the price including a hand massage, I was told to apply it myself. On top of that, the technician was rude which made the experience even worse.
