really terrible, the price was different to the one shown when booking, they did notify me upon arrival that there was a price increase (15 pounds) but still very disappointing that the information is only disclosed when you are already there. Also, they are really incompetent, the shape of the nails looked awful and I had to try and correct the shape at home. I am sorry because they seem nice but the level of service is very poor.

Technician was 15 mins late. Colour i chose was not displayed accurately. Employees all speaking very loudly in their own language.
