I am pleased with my nails - they look great and last well. However, the delays are frustrating - there is no point in having a booking system if the slot you have booked is simply ignored, with little apology.

It was very quick and they did a good job. But the next morning it’s like the biab varnish on my thumbs have circle dents in on both thumb nail. So not really sure what’s happened
