Only one other customer in at the time , they were seated right next to the waxing seat which seemed to be crammed in a corner. Booked online for a upper lip wax & eyebrow wax but they did eyebrow threading (I didn't say anything as it would have felt awkward to mention, it was silent), the chair was the most uncomfortable chair I've had this treatment done in, it was basically a hairdressing chair so nothing to lean back on/head rest, meant having to hang head backwards in mid air giving neck ache

I had an awful experience getting gel removal. The woman doing the removal hurt me several times and I was ignored during the whole process. The place was clearly overbooked as there were many individuals waiting past their time of booking
