I had an awful experience getting gel removal. The woman doing the removal hurt me several times and I was ignored during the whole process. The place was clearly overbooked as there were many individuals waiting past their time of booking

I did not enjoy my experience because the manicurist made my finger bleed when she was trimming my cuticles. It bled so much that it wouldn't stop, and she only tried to fix it by dousing it in several drops of a blue liquid that I didn't know. I asked for a bandaid and she couldn't find one. She did not apologise when I said it was hurting and she proceeded to put nail polish on the finger even when the wound was still open. It has now been a few days and I think the wound is infected.
