I’ve used to enjoy coming here over the last few years because it’s close to my workplace & they used to do a good job. Lately, though, I’ve noticed some inconsistencies with the pricing, which can be very confusing. I was surprised to see a £5 additional charge for "colored powder" on my acrylics that I hadn't encountered before and isn't on the treatwell service options. Not sure if they have changed management lately but making up prices with consistent customers won’t work, we’re not stupid
