I got to the appointment on time however there was no one there to serve me, I had to wait another 50 mins before I was seen. The gentleman who appeared to be the manager was also extremely rude to other customers including an elderly lady who had a take off and was coming back the next day to finish her treatments. He was extremely rough with me, I did not say anything but cried on my way home. I have been there 4 times now but will not go back.
