I did French Biab however I thought the base of the French is a bit too pinkish. Still, I usually never have any problems with my nails at this store and will continue going.

While the technician was lovely and professional, I encountered issues. The gel wouldn’t set properly and kept crinkling because it was wet underneath. She tried several times and mentioned the lamp might be broken. Initially, it seemed resolved, but the next day, I noticed wrinkles and peeling off. It’s disappointing, and since I’m not in London, I’ll need to go elsewhere to have them redone. I appreciated her efforts, but the result didn’t meet my expectations.
