Laiba was absolutely amazing very professional and very reassuring. She was confident in her abilities and very friendly. Laiba and Maria both worked on my hair and I felt super comfortable and well looked after. They listened to what I wanted during my consultation and their hard work resulted in exactly what I wanted. I originally had an appointment for Saturday, which was moved to Sunday, and I was fine with that. However, I was then kept waiting 35 minutes after being told it would only be 10–15. If you’re running late, informing your client is the least you can do. I also explained that I have treated hair and can’t use products with sulphates, but the stylist didn’t seem to understand and simply brushed it off with an “okay.” The haircut was good, but management is disappointing.
