Went to this salon 2 weeks ago. I asked for a trim and told Maria to keep the v shape I had in the back of my hair. She assured me she would not cut too much of my hair. She then proceeded to dry my hair and started cutting again and even THINNED my hair so now I look like I have so much less hair on bottom layer of my head and my first layer makes my head look very big. It’s the shortest I’ve ever seen my hair and it’s horrible and she changed my v hair shape into a u because it’s so short.

I had a wash, cut, blow dry with the olaplex treatment done by Alecia. My hair is really curly and frizzy and the way Alecia handled my hair was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon! She was so lovely and listened to what I wanted. My hair felt so nourished and soft afterwards.
Can’t wait to visit again very soon :)
