They were very nice, but 20 minutes late (not ideal on your lunch break) and the door of the treatment room was left open the whole time - bit stressful during a bikini wax!

Eyebrows too short. Could improve communication about what the customer wants.
Atmosphere of the salon not very fresh.
The beautcian said that the eyelash taint didn't work, she said she didn't know why but she still charged me for it.
