The pedicure was very nice na staff very friendly and welcoming. Although the Health Club reception staff not very welcoming and got a parking ticket after being told by The Health Club where I could park. Fot this reason would not go again as expensive for what you get.

I've had a knee problem (caused by badly twisting my knee during football match) that has persisted for 7 months and has steadily been getting worse. It became so uncomfortable that I've had to stop running and training.
In desperation I went to Vida and after just two deep tissue treatments with Suzie my condition is so much better. The aches and pains have gone, the swelling has gone down and thing are so much better. Being a little impatient I was hoping for a quick fix but I've learnt that it's going to take a bit longer and a couple more treatments before I'm right back on track but that's my own fault for keeping playing when I should have been taking it easy. I should have gone to Vida months ago.
