My manicure took 80 minutes instead of 30 as when I got there, the lady doing my nails started removing my previous shellac, (which normally only takes about 5minutes at this place as it's not my first time there) but then, she started to work on another customer who came as a walk in later, leaving me there waiting for over 30 minutes. Unlike other times I wasn't even offered a hot drink. Although my shellac is holding up alright, this was some really bad customer service and now I'm not sure if I'll be coming back again.
