I had a facial here and the lady who did it was absolutely lovely, but it seemed that all the pads etc were single use (they didn’t feel great on my skin), it would have been nicer to use flannels etc and wash them! It did not feel as rejuvenating as other facials I’ve had, maybe but I can’t put my finger on why. Liked the hand massage while the mask was on.
