It was okay. I booked for a 45 minutes session (neck, back & shoulder) but had 30 minutes massage & was informed to rest for the other minutes, then I was informed another customer was waiting to use the room.
The focus was mostly on my back, not much of the neck.
I felt it was not as effective as I wanted, I still have pain despite the massage.
But it was an okay vibe.

Was barley a facial will stick to my regular lady, waste of £35 could have instead paid £6 extra with my usual lady for a far better facial / experience/ result
