I normally love this place, been coming here for a year. Elena is great and very professional. Neda was nice but I was very disappointed with her work. She over-filed the sides of my nails until only the nail bed remained so the side of my nail is all bumpy.
Looks okay with nail colour but I know it will take ages for my nails to grow back. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back.

Got BIAB nails, not best experience I've had, left with small cuts from filing too close and polish not fully covering nails.
