I didn't pay much for the Brazilian blow dry, so didn't expect luxury surroundings. However, it is definitely the least nice salon I have received one in (I've had dozens)
The staff were not friendly. Granted, I have had many Brazilian blow drys but they didn't tell me when I can wash my hair, not to use certain shampoos etc. which is standard. Luckily, I already know this.
A mouse ran right past me when I was sitting in the chair. They apologised to the man next to me, who I believe was the same nationality as them, but not me.
I haven't washed it out yet so can't comment completely on results. But they only kept the treatment in for 15mins, by far the shortest I've ever had. Anyway, even if it is an excellent treatment, it was a very unwelcoming environment and one I would not visit again.
