Had a lovely experience there. Had a protein treatment, hair cut and blow dry. was the best blow dry ever. going back of course and my friends too.
I'm going to keep it short.
When I arrived I was greeted with a 'sit there!' No niceties. The whole experience was carried out in complete silence.
The hair wash felt like he was trying to rub the hair follicles out of my scalp.
The cut was okay and followed what I asked for.
I have no idea what products he used on my hair. One which left my scalp stinging.
Due to excessive use of heat in the drying process, I have been left with a singed/burnt scalp and hair more damaged than when I went in.
Was planning to say something while there, but as my hair was being finished a young lady walked in complaining about a dye job she'd had done recently. Saying how her hair was left dry and matted. The response she received was basically blaming her for the hair condition. This made me feel uncomfortable and at that point I just wanted to leave.
I had also paid in advance for this treatment, so felt that any complaints could easily have been brushed off.
Would not recommend and feel disappointed about this situation and will have to spend more money getting it fixed.

My hairdresser really took care of me and made sure I got the colour that would work best for me. It's a small salon but perfectly comfortable with friendly staff. I'll definitely be returning.

Smallish salon but an excellent blow dry and finish! Blow dry lasted quite a number of days

I had men's cut and Brazilian blow dry with Eniclesia, I'm very pleased and satisfied! The staff are very friendly, I highly recommend!
