Once we arrived we had a fabulous day. I thought we had booked Bury as that was my intention. Receptionist at desk was chatting when we arrived and didn't stop to welcome us. Found the spa and no-one at the desk at all. However food was good, spa was good, pool was clean and warm. Towels were provided and robes at no extra costs. We swapped the scrub treatment for a facial and I booked extra pedicure for my mum. Ladies know their stuff!! Can't wait to go back!

I attended for a massage which was excellent. The therapy room was pleasant and the staff great. I did not use the spa facilities.
