No slippers provided & dirty carpets. The staff didn't appear to know what was happening with our deal, it felt like an inconvenience to them to make us a sandwich & cup of tea as the mini afternoon tea. Not enough seating in spa area & glass of water with a hair in it. Apart from that massage was very good & spin class spa facilities nice just the customer service & cleanliness let it down.
Been coming here since late 2011 for waxing and cant fault the service. Now heavily pregnant they are couterous and on hand to assist and make it as comfortable (as waxing can be) as possible.
