My haircut was straight forward and quick which, personally, I’m happy with. However, Villy was 15 mins late so I called her confused why the salon was closed, but she didn’t even apologise when she arrived. There was hair and powder all around my seat, and hair on my gown. Villy also started a phone call on speaker phone before I’d even put my coat on. She was otherwise friendly and efficient which I appreciated, and maybe I just caught her on a bad day. Overall, pretty basic but cheap.

Booked a waxing appointment weeks in advance... turned up and therapist had not turned up and on the phone told me treat well is not her company so she does not do bookings. Would strongly advise against booking, I for sure will not be again

Not a place for men unless you're going to get a very topical cut; I went with a full head of hair (grown and shaped carefully over 3 months) asking for neatened sideburns and a shaped back. I left looking like a school boy with a nice neat, TOPICAL haircut. Sorry but when I say "Do not make it short" I mean "Do not make it short". I gave the instructions I usually give my barber but it got messed up so bad. It's neat but miles from what I wanted (which would have been easier too...)
