Booked at 11am but I got the treatment at 2pm!
As a new client in the shop, I had an appointment at 11am. I found out the same day that the appointment was moved to 12pm, so I show up there at that time. I waited 2 hours before my blow dry, without receiving any kind of explanation or apology. I stood waiting watching other (perhaps more familiar) clients pass me by. When I tried to complain about the huge delay, I was suggested to cancel my appointment on treatwell

Really calm atmosphere, stylist was great at their job, adjusted the cut at the end based on my preference, all round very successful haircut

My treatment was professional and thorough; the beautician answered any questions I had about the hot wax, putting my mind at rest. It had to be rescheduled but the person at the end of the phone was clear, empathetic and helpful. Thanks Villa J!

have had far better experiences, i dont think waxing was their strong point. It was left patchy, took really very long (45 mimnutes) when other places take up to 20 minutes, left unfinished. Not happy
