I found the wax got a little too hot but overall a good experience and Villy was very kind & hospitable.

Extremely disappointing experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Waited an hour (even though I booked ahead). Very little communication. My treatment felt rushed and far from enjoyable. From the description on the website, looked like she skipped a step. On top of it, she charged me an extra £30! When I emailed later on, quite unhappy with it all, her answer was to move my appointment to a later time and declare me a no-show!! Unprofessional. I asked for a discount which I'm sure I'll never receive.
