My haircut was straight forward and quick which, personally, I’m happy with. However, Villy was 15 mins late so I called her confused why the salon was closed, but she didn’t even apologise when she arrived. There was hair and powder all around my seat, and hair on my gown. Villy also started a phone call on speaker phone before I’d even put my coat on. She was otherwise friendly and efficient which I appreciated, and maybe I just caught her on a bad day. Overall, pretty basic but cheap.
