Although I showed them what type of hairstyle I was looking for before we start, I ended up with someone quite different from the picture and had a lot more hair cut than what I asked. The end result was not bad and in fact quite nice, but I wished we just stuck with what I asked. Perhaps pause a few times and ask your customer how they would like to do their hair? The process was really fast and hair got cut off before I can say anything…
