All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.Before we start I show that I want balayage but left with roots, blonde highlight on front and by white patches near my ears, rest of hair are just yellow or don’t change colour at all. Villy are really friendly but I’m disappointed of service and fell bad that I lost money which I spend as I need book another appointment somewhere else for tomorrow to fix that.

I wanted to try this place and it was my first time having Balayage done and unfortunately the results were not what I had asked for. I was unhappy with the result and the staff offered to put another block colour over my Balayage without asking me or telling me the we're going to do it the next day I turned up thinking they were going to fix the tone and adjust the highlights. None the less they offered the next session free of charge. Although I liked the end result it was completely not what I had asked for or it wasn't really the Balayage effect I was really going for. Other customers were really happy. They seemed to only be able to specialise in white people hair and blonde highlights. I'm an Asian woman of Chinese heritage. Very unhappy with the over all result. Staff were kind and offered an appointment to fix it. But I won't be returning to the salon unfortunately.
