Super late to appointment (she changed appointment time twenty mins before) I got there for the new time and she was a further 20 min late and didn’t really talk during appointment, happy with blow dry but not the rest

I have curly fuzzy hair, and it is really hard to deal with it. Villy did a great job and made my hair look great.

terrible service and hair was not what I asked for i was booked in for a restyle which was a hour and 30 appointment but the haircut and style took about 30 mins if that and my appointment was 45 minutes late too
