hair cut by matt was amazing, but hair colour and overall experience was disappointing. an hour late opening the salon meaning i was waiting in the rain for an hour without an apology or compensation, hair colour was exactly the same as when i went in, went in to fix it and villy had failed to tell me that they’d moved salons between my apts meaning i had to walk from elephant and castle to kennington, then to be told to come back again on saturday. never want back to fix as it had been so bad
