It was my first time here and I love this salon, will definitely be going back. Staff are so friendly and nice, very experienced and knowledgeable. This is my new salon from now on.

Although I’m happy with how my hair turned out a few things bothered me during the process. When I arrived, Georgia greeted me and explained the treatment and began to work on my hair very attentively and gently. However, shortly after that Villy took over, sending Georgia away and rushing. She then left me alone without any explanation. My eyes were watery at times due to the solution, but she neither offered a tissue nor moved the fan towards me. I had to ask.Treatment 8/10, Customer Care 4/10

You get what you pay for. Won't be coming back.
Hair stylist was nice and pleasant but hair is not even and already looks grown out in sections. Felt she was rushing and streaks are chunky - had about half the normal amount of foil in my hair than usual when getting a half head at other places.
Owner was also rude to junior staff in front of me which is was unnecessary and demeaning.
Even if my hair was great I wouldn't come back purely based on the owners attitude whilst there.

Had a great experience at Villy J’s today, and my first ever balayage! Adrianne was super friendly and took me through the whole process, also giving advice for after care etc. Really liked the cut as well, will definitely be going back!
