I’m so pleased with my haircut! The stylist was lovely and really attentive. She did a lovely job on my hair and cut in some bangs which I love! She also showed me how to style the bangs when I’m at home and how best to take care of my hair. She styled my hair and it looked great for a night out and has stayed in today which is great for the bank holiday weekend! I’ll definitely come again

Really disappointed with my haircut. Went in asking for a trim and asked for no weight to be taken out of my hair only for the hairdresser to start thinning my hair at the end. The front layers I asked for are completely chunky and look like a diy job at home. Sorry to leave a negative review but it was a truly disheartening experience and I left feeling upset with my hair. Please note the client’s requests in future. I specifically said I didn’t want my hair thinned and it was. Poor

Friendly staff and appointment was right on time. Unfortunately, my hair ended up looking exactly the same and I was £135 down. What I wanted was balayage but what I got was exactly the same as my hair currently is. I wanted my natural highlights to be enhanced but the outcome was really disappointing especially for the price. More than this, I wasn’t informed my cut wasn’t included in the price so ended up forking out even more. Didn’t fully realise until I gotten home how disappointed I was.
