Hairdresser (Georgia, I think) was nice and bubbly but I had to wait an hour to be seen even though I’d booked ahead.

Had such a lovely experience getting my hair cut and styled by Georgia. Very professional but made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Favourite haircut to date

Colourist was Villy but passed between 3 or 4 stylist.
Balayage treatment was very patchy and burnt yellow.
Went back to get colour fixed. Villy left the salon for 90 mins while the colour developed. The result was my whole hair ended up neon yellow. Villy blamed the junior saying she didn't wash my hair properly.
Attempt 3 they tried to dye my roots the same colour as my natural hair which failed. Results top of hair bleach blonde, bottom dark blonde. Bought a home kit and did it myself. Awful
