I’m really happy with my cut and balayage, it’s turned out exactly as I asked. This was my third trip to the salon & I’ve always had great experiences, so have recommended the salon to friends in the past. However, I was disappointed that due to a mix up with which stylist should be doing my hair, I was left waiting for 45 minutes after my booking time before I was seen to. Therefore I was in the salon for over 3.5 hours and was not offered any refreshments during this time.

Villy was such a nice and thoughtful person! She really made sure that I receive the best colour suitable to my style and put so much attention to detail in the treatment!

Colour was a lot warmer than I like, asked for ashy turned out a lot more golden. The stylist was clearly double booked and was trying to do my hair and someone else’s at the same time.
An assistant blow dryed my hair whilst on hold on the phone, when she got through she left me there with half wet hair to take a personal call. The hair wasn’t properly blow dryer or styled at all, I could of done a better job at home
