Hollywood wax; wax was far too hot and I mentioned it to the staff member. She said “the wax isn’t even hot” even though I was wincing and squirming from feeling I’m being burned. She refused to do the backside, claiming I had no hair there, even when I insisted and pointed to where the hair was. I was 5 mins late to the appointment (and called ahead to let them know and was assured it was okay), but it didn’t matter as I had to wait 20 mins as they had just started a haircut for another client
