I booked in for a Full Head Highlights but in total I had about 8 foils in my hair which were all placed randomly. I’ve always had way more foils in. Uneven tones. There are chunks of my natural brown hair and big chunks of different tones of blonde. The cut and blow dry was okay but I did leave feeling very upset. Enrique was very personable and polite, however, I did feel that he didn’t care about what I wanted and was very distracted.

I have left this salon feeling very distressed at the lack of adherence to covid 19 restrictions. Only half of the staff were wearing a mask/ visor and most of the customers either weren’t wearing a mask or had them round their chins. I’ve also left very unhappy with my haircut. Although I like the colour the man who cut my hair must have taken almost 3 inches off whereas I clearly said at least 3 times that I wanted only 1 inch off. I now look like a mushroom.

One of the best manicures and pedicures I’ve had. Maria was so thorough and paid so much attention to detail. I really recommend this lovely new salon. This will definitely now be my new regular!
