The studio is spacious and clean, with lovely exposed brick. Staff were ok, I thought they could’ve been a little more friendly, especially as I was a new customer! The prices are a little high for the service.

ladies wore visors, Chris didn’t wear anything at all. Surfaces were not cleaned after use. My balyage isn’t really as I wanted it by the photo I chose, although at the time I didn’t complain as I was in a rush to get out of there as it was 30 degree heat with little fans. It’s very bleachy looking. He did comment that I should have a toner to better the colour (at extra cost)but I would think they should do it anyway if the colour doesn’t turn out as expected. No drink offered- no soft skills
