Surfaces were not cleaned after use. My balyage isn’t really as I wanted it by the photo I chose, although at the time I didn’t complain as I was in a rush to get out of there as it was 30 degree heat with little fans. It’s very bleachy looking. He did comment that I should have a toner to better the colour (at extra cost)but I would think they should do it anyway if the colour doesn’t turn out as expected. No drink offered- no soft skills

Chris was excellent! So pleased with my cut. Would say the salon was a little unprofessional ie I arrived on time for my appointment but the shutters were still down. Will be going back to Chris in a heartbeat!

I thought the stylist was incompetent and didn't listen to what I wanted for my colour. I now want to get my hair redone completely. Waste of money and time
