I had initially booked with Villy but actually I had my hair cut by a trainee stylist who was very new and didn't speak a lot of English. Initially I thought 'no problem' as Villy asked what I wanted and she translated to the stylist. The cut seemed fine and the styling was ok. Only when I had got home I realised she hadn't taken enough off, hadn't cut layers and my bangs were cut so badly and blunt. I later had to trim them myself to achieve the right effect. Not great all things considered.

Such a great experience! The salon was nice and clean and all staff were wearing ppe. I hadn’t had my hair done in months and I really love how it turned out. Can’t wait to come back and get my colour done.

Hair treatment was great and staff were really friendly, but I was very concerned over the lack of protective gear being worn by staff. Most had visors but not all had the screens down, which seems to defeat the point. Such a shame, as everything else was great :(
